Adamax

What it is

Adamax is a synthetic ACTH(4-10) analog peptide developed as a structurally modified derivative of Semax. The Semax core sequence (Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro) is acetylated at the N-terminus and incorporates an adamantyl group — modifications that extend plasma half-life from minutes to several hours and improve blood-brain barrier penetration relative to unmodified Semax.
